PLAN
QOLSME

WE PARTNER WITH BUSINESS PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES WITH A SIMILAR VISION AND CALLING. ALL PROJECTS WILL BE MANAGED TO BE A LONG TERM SUSTAINABLE PROJECT. AS SUCH WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH QOLSME TO ASSIST IN PROVIDING TRANSPARENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT, CULTURE AND VALUE TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP CAPABILITIES. WE PARTNER WITH OTHER BUSINESS PEOPLE IN THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE AND WE PRAY THAT GOD BLESS THEM ABUNDANTLY.

Qolsme is a movement of business individuals who are like minded and share the same vision and values.
In short Qolsme’s objectives are as follows:
“WHY” To develop skills of unemployed South Africans in an effort to uplift the communities they live in. We aim to achieve this by mentoring them into business owners with the tools required to successfully run a business. This includes being responsible for the investments made into the business and reporting back to the
investors.
“WHAT” Qolsme is an initiative driven by the need to improve the quality of life in communities throughout South Africa

through job creation and placement as well as developing new businesses by assisting new business owners with mentorship programs helping them to grow and run their businesses to
a point where it ensures economic growth of small communities.
“HOW” We identify existing communities with skills shortages with the aim of training and mentoring key individuals so as to turn it into a self-sustainable micro economy. This happens through key stakeholders investing their time and resources to ensure these micro economies stays on course and keeps growing.
The following principles apply for each project:

1. Every agriculture project (planting, training and mentoring) will be run as an individual sustainable project/business.
2. The project will be individually funded and resourced.
3. Projects will be managed on a monthly basis on key performance indicators and budget.
4. Daily, weekly and monthly feedback will be provided to management and relevant stakeholders.
5. Each project will be registered in the Qolsme database and tracking and measuring on key performance targets will be captured and measured.
6. A high level assessment will be done of the local environment, local community, and customer needs before project proposal to Directors/Owners.
7. Each project will be designed to be beneficial for all stakeholders.
8. Each project is started with all partners and stakeholders involved in agreement with the plan budget and the resources available.
